I received an email from Mrs. Shamsia Ali, a former teacher at Moody High School in Moody, Texas.   She told me that she had two cousins who worked in the World Trade Center Towers in New York.  They were late to work on Sept. 11, 2001 because they couldn't get their car to start.  As a consequence they arrived at the Twin Towers five minutes after the first plane struck the towers and they immediately returned home.

How many times have I grumbled and complained about car trouble never thinking that perhaps God was protecting me from something that I didn't even have a clue was going on around me?  I do know that many times on  various trips I have started out later than planned for one reason or another and come upon a bad car accident that I could have been involved in if I had left on time.

This has made me take a whole new look at "inconveniences" we encounter day by day.
